Each of these venues have been open and supportive by letting us use their space. All have offered the free opportunity to put on talks, food and music. Good people, good places…
The whole Ragged University project set out to discover how we could use available infrastructure to develop open learning events via a community of people interested in lifelong learning.
Here you can see a few of the many examples of local places which were happy to support community events when we asked. All without money. Generally owners and managers of small businesses are warm and approachable when presented with a clear ask which is uncommercial. It only takes a conversation and you can create your own events in your area…
